The Lean Online Training Program was developed for organizations that are looking for a cost effective and flexible training opportunity. It provides individuals with the expertise needed to assume greater responsibility within their organization and assist with the implementation of Lean business improvement initiatives.
The Lean Online Training Program consists of seven modules that vary in length. The training is interactive and includes quizzes and questions as well as a test at the end of each module. Participants are expected to get 80% on the test in order to pass the module.
Once you have completed all seven modules successfully, you will have the equivalent of a Lean Yellow Belt Certification.
