First Customer Support Program for Health Innovation

The intent of the First Customer Support Program (FCSP) is to assist startup companies and businesses launch new products or services. The FCSP aims to grow startups/businesses by supporting a paying client.  The program will offer funds to be used to cover costs associated with the product or service provided to the partnering client.  The First Customer Support Program must go toward the fees associated with the product or service costs occurred by a paying customer (the purchaser).  The program will be offered on the availability of funds and fit of supplier and purchaser.  The finances for this grant come from the federally funded HIYGK investment. The Supplier must be in the health or life sciences space. This initiative encourages health-focused start-ups to access resources to develop and grow in Kingston.
